This Car Did a Runner on Police and they Need the Public's Help

On Monday (December 3) around 4:10pm a silver Holden Commodore sedan (pictured below) did a runner on the police.
The vehicle was initially seen turning right from Kitchener Street into Clopton Street heading towards the police station where the car was driven recklessly in an attempt to avoid police.
The male driver of the car is described as Caucasian, with a white spacer in his right ear, he was wearing large framed white sunglasses at the time of the incident.
The car bears Qld registration number plates - 29LAB
