Police have charged three men in relation to the execution of a search warrant on a residence in Darling Heights on January 3.
Police allege that during the search of the Lavena Drive residence more than one kilogram of cannabis was found along with a drug utensil.
A 45-year-old Charleville man was charged with possessing dangerous drugs and 37-year-old Darling Heights man was given a notice to appear on the charge of possessing a drug utensil.
The Charleville man is due to appear in the Charleville Magistrates Court on February 6 while the Darling Heights man will face the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on January 30.
Police in Charleville yesterday arrested and charged a 57-year-old Charleville man with one count of possessing dangerous drugs in relation to the same matter. He is due to appear in the Charleville Magistrates Court on January 15.
