Time Capsule Discovered In the Walls of Iconic Weis Site

During the recent renovations of the iconic Weis Restaurant site, a time capsule was found in the walls of the building.

The time capsule remains unopened but written on the outside of the capsule it reads – ‘1934 – 1935 Newspapers.’

Part of the building has been transformed into the Toowoomba Family Vets practice and owner David Hall plans to open the time capsule on the business’ open day on November 18^th.
