A witness has come forward and assisted the Forensic Crash Unit with their inquiries into an accident on the Toowoomba Karara Road on Saturday 9th, September.

A 35-year-old man has been left in a critical condition with head, neck and pelvis injuries after his vehicle collided with a tree.

He was airlifted by RACQ LifeFlight to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane.

A 35-year-old woman and three boys, aged 5, 10 and 13 were all taken to Toowoomba Hospital.

The boys are members of the Goondiwindi Junior Rugby League Club and were on their way to their grand finals at Clifton.
