Woman Dies after Hit & Run

An elderly woman involved in a hit & run last Tuesday in North Toowoomba has passed away from her injuries in hospital.

The 90-year-old was part of a three-vehicle accident that happened around 11 A-M when a car collided with a white ute which then caused the ute to slam into another car.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to the crash that occurred along Hume & Bridge Street’s to please come forward.

In particular, they would like to speak to the driver of a teal coloured Holden Cruz with Western Australia licence plates that was involved.
