Woman to Front Court on Drink Driving Charge …
But she wasn’t driving
A woman has been nabbed for excessive drink driving and will front the Stanthorpe Magistrates Court today – even though she wasn’t behind the wheel.
The Daily News reports that the woman was almost four times over the legal limit when the car was stopped by police Thursday afternoon on the New England Highway.
The car was being driven by a Learner Driver with the woman in her 50’s in charge of the vehicle.
