When I first heard of "Boga Yoga", I initially thought it was some sort of mix between beer and yoga haha. While, there is in fact that version of yoga out there, Boga Yoga isn't that. Boga Yoga really tests other muscles that you thought you never had to stay balanced on a large board floating on water, whilst performing exercise routines and various other activities.
It really is becoming a talking point around town, so I made sure to go down and check it out at the Bay of Isles Leisure Centre. Check out how I went below. - Draker
