Former local of Kalgoorlie-Boulder and a regular performer in Esperance Richard Sacilotto is planning to be the first person to perform a live DJ set in space. As someone who has performed in many parts of the world, this unique accomplishment will fulfill a so called "stupid idea" with friends as shared in conversation 3 years ago. Currently crowdfunding to be able to do this feat, he is needing to raise $250,000 U.S to do so. Richard is hopeful that this will be possible in 2 years time.
