Hold on to your (scouts) hats!
The 1st Esperance Scout Group want YOU to come down to their Fun Day for kids this Sunday, 25 February.
The day will be jam packed with activities, including (and get ready for this), a rope bridge for the kids to negotiate and climb over, water slide, pet rocks (not sure what this one means), face painting, sponge throwing, crate stack, obstacle course, shooting galler, rope making, totem tennis and compete with your family or friends in a tug of war! And if that works up an appetite there will be a BBQ with someone turning over some sausages for you to buy ($2), and some soft drinks to quench your thirst.
It's a chance for the Scout's to show off some of the adventurous activities that hey regularly get up to.
It's on this Sunday, 25 February from 10am to 2pm at the Scout Hall on the Esplanade. Parents are required to register and attend with their child. Children have to wear closed in shows at all times. The Scout's recommend that you bring a hat, towel and a change of clothes.
