Police are urging for any information on the whereabouts of a missing Esperance man.

47 year old Colin Johnson was last seen on Monday at a service station in Casteltown at the corner of Goldfields Road and Reynolds Street

The initial call for any sightings was first put through on Tuesday afternoon and this information provided to police may help jog the memory of others.

At the time, Colin was wearing a blue Esperance Angling Club t-shirt, blue denim shorts, black sunglasses and black thongs.

Mr. Johnson is described as 178cm tall with a medium build, grey hair and blue eyes.

It's believed he was driving a silver Toyota Landcruiser station wagon with the license plate 1CLH265.

Concerns are held for his welfare and anyone with information regarding Colin’s whereabouts, are asked to call police on 131 444.

Yesterday, his wife Naomi Johnson made an impassioned plea for the community to help find him.

“I don’t know if an accident has happened or he’s possibly stuck somewhere but I would think he would try and get home or get some sort of help," she told perthnow.com.au.

“Someone has got to have seen him.”

The duo just celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary in January.
