Australia's campaign in the Athletics has kicked off with a dream start, thanks to another two Gold Medals early on Day Four on the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
Dane Bird-Smith stormed home to claim the Gold in the Men's 20km Race Walk, before 20-year-old Jemima Montag did the same in the Women's.
Today marks the start of the Athletics finals, with Matty Denny our best hope in the Hammer Throw, while David McNeill and Morgan McDonald are in the 5000m.
Meanwhile at the Optus Aquatic Centre tonight Kyle Chalmers and Mack Horton will be looking to lead Australia to glory in the 4 x 200m Freestyle Relay, while Chalmers, Cam McEvoy and Jack Cartwright will be our speedsters in the 100m Freestyle.
Mitch Larkin is also the favourite for the 50m Backstroke.
In the Women's Emily Seebohm and Kaylee McKeown will be gunning for medals in the 200m Backstroke, while Madeline Groves, Cate Campbell and Holly Barrett are the big hopes in the 50m Butterfly.
Elsewhere today there are also finals in the Cycling, Gymnastics, Lawn Bowls, Shooting, Table Tennis and Weightlifting.
