Tonight, The City of Kalgoorlie Boulder have met and endorsed the 2017/18 Budget. The highlights in the new budget include:
- SES Building - $1.68 million
- Kalgoorlie Town Centre Revitalisation (initial project scoping) - $500,000
- Road Infrastructure renewal/upgrade - $5,631,135
- Rural Roads Upgrade - $3,880,000
- Mount Monger Road Improvements
- Roundabout for Egan and Maritana/Boulder Road
- 2% Surplus
- Funds towards Special Projects such as 125th Anniversary Celebrations
