Aggravated robbery at Mount Gambier

Police are investigating an aggravated robbery at a Mount Gambier service station this morning and have released an image of the suspect.

About 8am on Saturday 9 December a man entered the service station on Commercial Street East and threatened staff with a knife. The man took off with an amount of cash and was last seen crossing over Commercial Street East and running south along Davison Street.

No one was physically injured.

The suspect is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 173cm tall with a slim build, brown eyes and aged in his 20's. He was wearing a light grey hooded top, light grey pants and grey skate shoes with white laces and a white/grey Nike logo. He was carrying a red shopping bag. The suspect had covered his face with a piece of white material.
