Limestone Coast locals are being urged to have our say on the City of Mount Gambier's 2018-2019 Draft Annual Business Plan and Budget.
The initiative covers Council's services, but also includes the implementation of the ReUse market and a continued focus on economic development.
The plans for development include tourism and the delivery of arts, culture, and heritage.
The draft budget also features a draft forecast operating surplus of over $300,000 and no new loan borrowings.
Council's Long Term Financial Plan currently predicts a 4.5 % increase in rate revenue, with an anticipated rate increase of approximately 4% of the period.
Locals can view the plan and budget at the Have Your Say Section of Council's website, with hard copies available at the Civic Centre.
We have until Friday May 11th to give our opinions
