The Mother’s Day Classic is on this weekend

In 2018, the Mother’s Day Classic will be held in all capital cities and major metropolitan and regional locations across Australia.

The Mother’s Day Classic is an annual fun run and walk raising funds and awareness for breast cancer research and to raises funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation (a not-for-profit organisation that promotes and supports research into the prevention and treatment of breast cancer). Their aim is to deliver a fun, healthy and inspirational community event that brings us all together on Mother’s Day to remember, celebrate and honour those touched by breast cancer.

There are events are taking place across the region.

The Mount Gambier event is in its 10th year & offers participants a 2km, 4km, 6km, 8km walk or run! Valley Lakes area, Mount Gambier

The Lucindale Community Mother' s Day Classic will continue in 2017 in the picturesque setting of the Lucindale Country Club.
