This coming Tuesday the 25th is Anzac Day - a day we commemorate the soldiers killed in war and honour the servicemen and women who returned back home. The date itself marks the anniversary of the landing of New Zealand and Australian soldiers, otherwise known as the Anzacs, on the Gallipoli Peninsula back in 1915.

Beachport Dawn Service 6am for a 6.30 start. Breakfast available after by Rivoli Bay Lions Club.
Kingston SE Memorial Park, James Street 6:30 am
The Lucindale RSL is holding an ANZAC Day service at 6.45am for a 7.00am start. The service will be followed by morning tea served at the Lucindale RSL Hall and then breakfast at the Lucindale Hotel.
Millicent Cross of Sacrifice 6:30 am.
Millicent dawn service will begin at 6am for a 6:30am service followed by a gunfire breakfast at the RSL Hall Mid – Morning. The Anzac day Commemorative March down George St will be starting at 10:30am followed by mid - morning service.
Dawn Service at the Mount Gambier War Memorial, Vansittart Park, Mount Gambier, 6.15am.
Combined religious service, Mount Gambier War Memorial, Vansittart Park, Mount Gambier, 10.30am.
Boer War Memorial Service, Mount Gambier, Corner of Bay Road and Lake Terrace West, 9.00am.

The Naracoorte RSL is holding an ANZAC Day service. The service will be followed by a commemorative march. The march will begin in DeGaris Place and proceed along Smith Street, into Bank Place and Ormerod Street. The march will be followed by breakfast at the Naracoorte Hotel. Gold coin donation and everyone welcome.
ANZAC DAY Service Penola 6am for 6:30am Dawn Service followed by Gunfire Breakfast at RSL Hall and march down Church St, leaving RSL Hall at 9:15am.
