There's finally light at the end of the tunnel for a Mackay family who's had to wait almost five months for help from the NDIS. Tyler Flaskas is 20 months old and suffers from a rare mitochondrial condition, thought to be Leigh's Syndrome and may not reach his third birthday. His parent's applied for help from the NDIS before Christmas and only got a reply yesterday when Tyler's dad took to Facebook frustrated and his post was shared over 7 thousand times.
