Bowraville murders appeal set for November
51-year-old man heads back to court
A man is set to front court in November to figure out whether there's fresh evidence for a retrial over the Bowraville murders.
The 51-year-old cannot be named for legal reasons.
He’s accused of killing 4-year-old Evelyn Greenup and 16-year-old Clinton Speedy-Duroux in the historical case dating back to the early 1990s.
Appeal proceedings will get underway over about four days, starting on November 28.
