Fisherman's Wharf for Port Macquarie
Premier in town to make the announcement
The state government committed to Port Macquarie, yesterday announcing 2.8 million dollars going to a new project
The Fisherman's wharf project will hopefully be an economic boon, with a boardwalk, public wharf, unloading jetty and moorings.
Premier Gladys Berejiklian was flanked by local MP Leslie Williams and Mayor Peta Pinson at the site - the former Hastings River Fisherman's Co-op.
Ms Williams says its set to see a boost for tourism and commercial fishing.
