Manning Police investigate house fire

Police are investigating a house fire in Taree over the weekend.

About 1am on Saturday, police were called to a home on Hughes Street, following reports of a fire.

Officers from Manning/Great Lakes Local Area Command attended and found the house well alight.

Emergency services attended and extinguished the blaze.

No one was injured during the fire, and at this stage it is unknown if the fire was suspicious
