One man facing court, another conducts a robbery in separate incidents
Following crimes in Port Macquarie
Police today appealing for information after a man allegedly conducted an armed robbery on Wednesday evening.
Occurring at a Waniora parkway shopping centre, the man allegedly presented an electrical weapon before using it to threaten staff at a liquor store.
He was handed an amount of cash before fleeing, prompting police to launch an investigation.
He was described as wearing a black top, long pants, and a Nike cap.
Also in Port Macquarie, a 42 year old man arrested allegedly in relation to 3 break and enters earlier in the month.
On each occasion a pharmacy was hit, and each time medication being stolen.
The man was taken into custody after police attended a home on Salmean Court.
He was refused bail and is facing court today.
