Gold Coast-based Dreamworld is being sued for $300,000 in another blow for the theme park, reports The Courier Mail.
Indian cricketer Bikramjeet Singh Benipal has lodged a District Court claim against Ardent Leisure after believing he was a victim of a waterslide accident.
He claims he was sent down 'The Wedgie' ride too early - damaging his knee and ruining his love of the game of cricket.
Since the incident in November of 2015, the man claims he has been "suffering from trauma like flashbacks and nightmares" and unable to play.
He is making a of claim of $244,000 for economic loss and $250 for pain relievers.
