Whose Line Is It Anyway

Actor Paul Hogan has settled his latest legal dispute out of court - and forced Aussie burger chain Grill'd to pay $10,000 to charity.

The ordeal started back in December when the original Crocodile Dundee made an application to the Federal Court, accusing Grill'd of misleading or deceptive conduct. It was all over a paper sleeve the burger chain used to package it's cutlery. On it was printed a variation of the line "That's not a knife... that's a knife".

The case was scheduled for a hearing on Friday but has been settled before hand. Grill'd has reportedly agreed to donate $10,000 to Cure Cancer Australia, of which Paul Hogan is an ambassador.

The settlement comes on the same day at the veteran actor appeared in a new Crocodile Dundee style Tourism Australia ad which aired during the Super Bowl.
