UPDATE: Popular Kettle chip flavours have now been recalled in Victoria and NSW because they may contain rubber.

175g and 300g packets of Kettle's sea salt and 175g rosemary flavours were recalled from Coles and Woolworths stories over fears the chips contained white rubber pieces, the Department of Primary Industries Food Authority said on Thursday.

The chips affected have best before dates of November 11 and customers are urged to return the packets to their supermarket for a refund.

Consumers with any issues can contact Snack Brands Australia on Freecall 1800 806 128.
