Authorities in the US state of Florida say there are "multiple fatalities" after a shooting at a shopping centre bar in Jacksonville, where a video game tournament was taking place.
The bar was hosting a qualifying round for the Madden NFL Championship Series, with audio of the horrific event live-streamed to gamers online via Twitch, where you can hear at least 12 gunshots ring out.
There are reports the shooter may have been taking part in the match when he lost, then opened fire in anger.
"We have one suspect in this case and he is deceased, he is a white man and we are still trying to confirm his identity," Sheriff Mike Williams said at a news conference.
"We have deceased victims at the scene, we also have injured people at the hospital. We don't have a count for you today."
Many gamers taking part in the tournament took to Twitter in the moments after the gunfire, including Drini Gjorka, who suffered a wound to the thumb.
There has been nearly as many mass shootings in the US as days in 2018.
