One Nation leader Pauline Hanson is urgently trying to stop secret recordings from One Nation meetings from going public.
On Thursday, lawyers for Senator Hanson made a court application in the New South Wales Supreme Court to gag the ABC from releasing tapes.
There has also been a gag order placed on former One Nation treasurer Ian Nelson.
It comes a week after the ABC broadcast a phone call between Senator Hanson and Mr Nelson, that triggered an investigation over the party's use of donations.
In the call, Senator Hanson expressed her concern about a news story about the alleged donation of the party's campaign plane.
The Australian Electoral Commission has announced it is investigating accusations the plane was donated and not disclosed properly by the party.
Those allegations were brought by Ian Nelson, who alleged that a property developer paid for the aircraft used during the 2016 election campaign.
The developer and One Nation have denied donating the accusations.
