If you haven’t responded to the marriage equality survey, you’re running out of time.

Requests for new forms will close this Friday – so you better get in fast!

There are two ways to request a replacement form.

  1. If you have an Australian drivers licence or passport, then you will be able to fill out this formonline. The Australian Bureau of Statistics will ask for your drivers licence or passport number, along with your electoral roll details.
  2. If you don't have an Australian drivers licence or passport, then you will have to call the ABS Information Line, between 8am and 8pm, on 1800 572 113.

In both cases, you will need to wait 7-10 working days before you receive your replacement form.

You can also pick-up (and drop-off) a postal survey response form from various locations around Australia, if you haven't received one yet.

You will only be able to request a new form up until 6pm October 20 (This Friday).

Additional PSA: It is recommended you post your response by Friday, October 27.
