Turns Out Beards Can Delay The Ageing Process

Not only has research found that beards make men significantly more attractive, but now scientists say facial hair is saving your skin from excess sun exposure.

Experts are backing findings from The University of Queensland that show beards can protect blokes from 90 to 95 per cent of harmful UV rays.

While they're not saying beards hold the same powers as sunscreen, they can carry a UPF (ultraviolet protection factor) of up to 21.

Sun exposure is the primary cause of ageing and skin damage, so on top of looking top notch, you're slowing down the ageing process!
