Watch The Terrifying Moment A Young Girl Was Pulled Underwater By A Sea Lion

Horrifying footage from Vancouver, Canada, shows a little girl being grabbed and pulled into the water by a male lion. 

The New York Post has reported that the young girl was feeding the sea lion moments before he jumped out of the water to pull her down with him. 

Luckily for the girl, a man jumped in straight away to rescue her from drowning. Others surrounding the incident then helped them both back up onto the dock. 

Michael Fujiwara, who captured the footage, told the CBC: 

“It initially jumped up to the girl to read her I guess,

“And then it came back up a second time, but this time grabbing the girl by the waist and dragging her down into the water.

“They were pretty shaken up. Her family were just in shock.”
