A man’s been charged over a stranger danger incident at Warners Bay today.
Two 12-year-old girls were taking part in a school sport activity on The Esplanade at about 11am, when the man allegedly called out to them.
The 22-year-old is accused of touching one of the girls on the arm and attempting to pull the other girl into a nearby arcade.
The girl broke free and ran to a teacher who then contacted police.
The accused was tracked down at a nearby hotel and arrested.
He’s been charged with common assault and intimidation.
He was given conditional bail and will face Toronto Local Court on Tuesday May 1.
