A second kids playground will also be unveiled.
While more than 1,000 new car parks will be unveiled for the grand opening, taking the number of new parks to 3,000.
Stockland Green Hills Centre Manager Chris Travers says it's an exciting time for the centre.
"We've had the luxury of time to try and get it right."
"We've now got a department store, we've got dining, we've got the cinema coming in June with Hoyts joining us and we've got international fashion retailers."
"I think it's going to serve the community well and stand the test of time."
