$2 Billion Investment in Visy Manufacturing

Tumut’s VISY pulp and paper mill will continue to expand, with billionaire Anthony Pratt visiting the local mill, accompanied by Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, to announce a $2 Billion investment in his Australian manufacturing operations.

It’s set to create 5 thousand new jobs over the next 10 years, up to 700 of those to be based in Tumut.

It comes on top of a recent 100 million dollar expansion at Tumut’s VISY mill.
