$5 Million for Junee Sewerage Treatment Plant
Council to Contribute $4 Million
NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian has stopped by Junee this morning, to announce $5 million in funding for the town's new sewerage treatment plant.
The overhaul of the plant will cater for an expected population increase in the town, due to the planned expansion of the Junee Correctional Centre.
Junee Shire Council will chip in the remaining $4 million needed to complete the sewerage treatment project.
