Asbestos found at Wagga Base Hospital
Air quality being monitored
Material containing asbestos has been found during the demolition works at Wagga Base Hospital, part of the final stage of its $282 million redevelopment.
Hospital Director Helen Cooper has told Fairfax the material is being managed in accordance with SafeWork NSW regulations, as well as all health and environmental regulations.
