Better Mobile Coverage Coming for Gundagai, Junee and Tumut

Gundagai, Junee and Tumut are set to benefit, after Optus announced plans to spend one billion dollars improving and expanding its mobile network across regional areas.

500 new mobile sites will be built across the country, 114 of them under the Federal Government’s Mobile Blackspot program.

Andrew Sheridan from Optus says they’ll also be upgrading more than 1800 sites from 3G to 4G
