Police investigating a fatal multi-vehicle crash on the Newell Highway at Mirrool during a dust storm last month, have charged a 60 year old man, who was driving a bus.

He’s been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death, and cause bodily harm by misconduct in charge of a motor vehicle.

He's been granted conditional bail to front Griffith Local Court in June.

As a result of the crash, a 60 year old man driving a Colorado suffered serious injuries, he was airlifted to Canberra hospital where he later died.
