A community information session will be held in Wagga this afternoon, for local Crown land managers, tenure holders, trusts, councils and the wider community to have their say on the state government’s draft Community Engagement Strategy for Crown land.

Member for Wagga Daryl Maguire says the strategy will play a critical role in helping to improve transparency and meaningful engagement with the community on decisions about Crown land.

It’s being held from 3-6pm in Gulballanna Room C at CSU, the draft strategy is on public exhibition until November 26.
