Wagga City Councillors have endorsed the routes for the proposed Active Travel Plan, which will be used for public consultation, consisting of five complete cycling networks, linking the outer suburbs with the CBD.

The preliminary strategic routes have been refined and reviewed, with some amendments made, and council is currently completing the business case component of the project.

The outcomes of the consultation will be used to complete the NSW Government's requirements, that will unlock the fill funding to implement the cycling plan.
