Drugs allegedly found in Mercedes at Gundagai
Police say driver stopped short of RBT
A 45 year old man has been charged, after police allegedly found drugs during a vehicle stop in Gundagai on Good Friday.
Officers from the Riverina Police District say they were conducting random breath tests on Mount Street, when a Mercedes allegedly stopped short of the testing site.
They spoke to the 45 year old male driver, who allegedly returned a positive result to a roadside drug test, it’s further alleged a search of the vehicle netted an amount of drugs and other items.
He’s been charged with drug supply, possession, goods in custody and resisting police.
