Former Wagga Trolley Collection Contractors Fined
Ombudsman Says Documents 'False'
The former operator of a Wagga trolley collection company, penalised for providing false records to the Fair Work Ombudsman.
Sydney man Said Sabbagh fined $4500, and the company he was a former director of CIVIC NATIONAL, penalised $25,000.
It's in relation to documents handed over, regarding employee numbers and wages paid.
They provided trolley collection services at 3 Woolworths supermarkets in Baylis Street, Gurwood Street and the Kooringal Mall, and Big W on Baylis Street.
