House Prices Increasing in Wagga

Demand for houses in Wagga is expected to grow, with the latest regional State of the Market report out from Domain.

The house price has increased marginally in Wagga over the June quarter, with a 0.6% rise, the median house price now sits at $342,000.

Looking at rent prices, the median price is $330 for Wagga, it remained steady for the quarter, though the annual growth rate is 4%.

Chief Economist with Domain Dr Andrew Wilson says the recent growth in the Wagga housing market is an early indication of a revival heading into Spring.
