A 50 year old man has been airlifted to hospital in a critical condition after a tree fell on him off the Burley Griffin Way near Temora.
Emergency Services were called to the scene at about 8.30am yesterday, and found the man pinned underneath the tree, it’s believed he had been cutting firewood.
SES volunteers freed him while paramedics treated his injuries, he was airlifted to Wagga Hospital, before being transferred to Sydney in a critical but stable condition.
