Police in the Riverina District are increasing their efforts to bring those responsible for vehicle thefts and serious traffic offences across the city to justice, launching Operation Bull Work.

Resources may be called in from outside of the District, with Superintendent Bob Noble saying they’re looking for various people, in some cases they may be juvenile, while others are certainly adult offenders.

It comes off the back of a spate of incidents early yesterday, one of them seeing a police vehicle rammed.

Anyone with information about the incidents is urged to contact Wagga Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
