Preschoolers across the Riverina are expanding their knowledge, thanks to a new federally funded initiative, the Early Learning Languages Australia Program.

The initiative is aiming for positive impacts on children’s engagement and development in the classroom.

More than 80,000 children across the country are taking part in the program, hundreds of preschoolers from Wagga, Tumut, Junee, Gundagai, Ariah Park and Uranquinty taking classes in languages like Mandarin, Japanese, French, Italian, Spanish or Indonesian.
