Second Murder Charge Laid in Allecha Boyd Case

Police have charged a second man with murder, as part of their investigation into the disappearance of 27 year old Allecha Boyd.

Allecha was last seen in Coolamon on Thursday the 10th of August with Strike Force Amias established to investigate, as officers suspected she had met with foul play.

A 19 year old man is already before the courts in relation to Ms Boyd’s death.
Following extensive inquiries, a 37 year old man was arrested yesterday, charged with murder and refused bail.
