A 19 year old Ashmont man has been charged with thirty offences, as part of investigations into stolen vehicles across the state.

Police from the Wagga and Albury Local Area Commands, as well as Victorian police, formed Operation Kingsmen to investigate property and vehicle thefts in the Wagga and Albury areas.

They attended a property in Lae Avenue, Ashmont, yesterday, where they arrested the 19 year old man, who's been refused bail to front court today charged with the a long list of property offences.

A 27 year old woman also arrested at the property was charged with three counts of having goods suspected of being stolen on premise, she's been granted conditional bail.
