Wagga Carp Meeting To Discuss Control Measures

People across the Riverina who want to find out more about the planned release of the carp herpes virus, or other carp control measures, are being reminded the National Carp Control plan team will be in town tomorrow.

Together with state agencies they’re conducting community consultation sessions right across the country, to share the background, context and desired outcomes of the Plan, and to hear from local communities about how the prevalence of carp impacts on them.

The session will be held at the Commercial Club on Gurwood Street from 6pm tomorrow.
