It was a busy weekend in Wagga following on from the Gold Cup Carnival, which saw around 10 thousand revelers attend licensed venues over 2 days, but police say crowds were fairly well behaved.

Police were out in numbers, but reported a low number of alcohol-related incidents and anti-social behaviour right across the weekend.

Locals also appear to be getting the message to have a 'Plan B', as drink driving wasn't an issue either.
