Work starts on the site of Estella's proposed shopping centre
Paperwork still being finalised
Some ground works have begun on the site of a proposed shopping centre for Estella, however the developer is still finalising finances and contractors for the projects.
Fairfax reports the developers have spent about $100 thousand dollars getting early underground water works done as a show of good faith, but it will still be at least 18 months before any new stores will open.
There are plans for the centre to include a supermarket, bottle shop, pharmacy, butchery, hairdresser and café.
