Professional and amateur photographers across the South Western Region are being called upon to pick up their cameras, as entries open for the 2018 Life and Light Photo Competition.
Local Land Services run the 20 year competition, and are looking for entries that fit the theme "What makes our outback special".
Officials are hoping the competition will help capture the beauty, diversity, and uniqueness of the Western regions, with 10 categories available for participants.
With the competition in it's 20th year, the organizing committee has opened a new category: 20 years of life and light.
The category is open to photos that have been entered over the past 19 years and do not have to fit with this year's theme.
Entries close on the 31st of March.
